Return or Exchange:

If you are not satisfied with our products and want to return or exchange it, Please contact us at 713-539-4494 within a week of receiving the products or email us at admin@texasrhinestone.com for a prompt refund or exchange of the products.

Refunds:

You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll bear the return shipping cost if you received an incorrect or defective item and/or it is our mistake, etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of returning your package to the return shipping address however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return items. once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All orders placed before 11 AM Central Standard Time are shipped the same day. 

All orders after 11AM are shipped within 1 business day of placing the order.

If you are willing to add items to an existing order, We are happy to add it, but your package will be shipped the next business day.
